In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase from Heating Parts Warehouse, please make sure to contact the store beforehand.
Please include a filled out returns form with your returned purchase.
Right to Cancel
You may return items purchased from the Heating Parts Warehouse online store unused, in the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving the item for a full refund on the item purchased.
Please note:
- The amount refunded excludes all delivery costs
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and packaging returned items
- Product packaging must be undamaged for us to accept the item
- Toilet Seat protective plastic wrap has not been removed
- After receiving an item back as a return, it may take up to 28 days for a refund to be processed.
When returning items by post or courier, please ensure that the items are packaged safely for carriage.
Once the items are received by us you will receive a full refund on the item purchased.
Returns received after a 14 days will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Warranties and Faulty Goods
All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the product.
Faulty items returned will be tested by the manufacturer and a replacement/refund will only be given once this has been authorised by the manufacturer.
Most product manufacturers and Heating Parts Warehouse will not be liable for costs or installation charges resulting in replacing faulty parts or damage caused by the product.

Faulty or Damaged Goods Claims
24 Hour Window For Claims Notice
All damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hour time frame of receipt/signed for in order to process claims.
Items will need to be inspected on an individual basis to assess damages or faults before compensation may be awarded.
Returning Incorrect Goods
If the item you receive is incorrect to the one that you ordered, please contact the store and we will provide a prepaid label for return postage.
